The cover features a lightweight all-aluminum frame with the spring-loaded Monster Bows and J-strip that ensures a smooth edge and finished look. The company’s patented L-Rail system ensures a no-measure installation, while the Monster Bows are designed to hold the tarp and allow you to use your cover in even the coldest climates. Thanks to the neoprene rubber padded TuffKlamp™ system, the bows have two height settings, which provides a perfect all-season fit: choose the high position for maximum water shedding, or the low position for a low-profile look and cold-weather attachment. To adjust the position of the bows, simply push and hold on one end and let the other end slide on using the spring action. However simple the bows seem to move, they will never fall off, whatever the speed and driving conditions. You can also roll the tarp up and remove the bows for carrying large items with no need to uninstall the whole cover.
To avoid tarp wear, the hinges are mounted at the front cab rail not in the middle of the tarp. The tonneau is secured with the gull-wing latches that don’t restrict cargo space. And to make sure that neither water nor dust will be able to reach your cargo, the cover is fitted with the advanced sealing system: ribbed seal at the tailgate and tubular labyrinth seals along the side rails. The gas shocks that support the cover in the open position are designed with the ball and joint snap release, which means the cover can be lifted and completely removed in seconds, with no tools required.
